I love training outdoors in the fresh air. I feel invigorated and free. You have so much space to work in and so many beautiful things surrounding you, not sweaty bodies like in a gym. What better way to train and you bring your baby with you. PERFECT!
You don’t have to be super fit - my classes are for all levels and you work at your own pace. Whether you want to do power walking or jogging, the choice is yours. Circuits are incorporated into the class and some exercises include boxing, step-ups, sit-ups, dips, squats, lunges and many more. It’s a full body workout and it's great fun.
It’s a great way to get fit, feel great, meet other mums and get out the house.
