Babies from birth to 1 are welcome in my buggy fitness and babies and mum's, bum's leg's and tum's and personal training sessions.
My classes are designed with you in mind. They are a great way of creating a special bond with your baby, to get to know your baby better, to spend quality time with your baby. For you to do something for yourself without feeling pressure from other sources, to keep fit and to meet other mum's.
